OVERVIEW

Power conditioning starts at the incomer. We look at the supply you have — voltage band, dips and swells, harmonics and outage pattern — and the loads you need to protect, then specify the transformer, stabilizer and UPS that together hold voltage steady and ride disturbances through.

Transformers, stabilizers and UPS are sourced from established manufacturer lines and sized to your connected load with headroom for growth. The HT and LT switchgear that feeds and protects them is designed and supplied by the same team, so the package arrives coordinated rather than assembled from three separate orders.

THE LINE-UP

What we design, build and supply.

Distribution Transformers — 11 / 22 / 33 kV

Oil-immersed distribution transformers stepping an HT supply down to 415 V for the plant, with off-circuit or on-load tap changing to hold secondary voltage as the HT side drifts.

11 / 22 / 33 kV classUp to 5 MVAONAN · Dyn11OCTC / OLTC

Cast-Resin (Dry-Type) Transformers

Dry-type transformers for indoor substations, basements and fire-sensitive areas where oil is not permitted.

Class F / H insulationIP21–IP44 enclosureLow partial discharge

3-Phase Servo Voltage Stabilizers

Servo-controlled stabilizers correcting a wide input swing to a steady output for a whole plant or a single line, with bypass and protection built in.

Output ±1%Input 340–480 VUp to 1500 kVAAir / oil cooled

Static Voltage Stabilizers

Thyristor-based stabilizers where a servo correction is too slow — CNC machines, medical imaging and other step loads that need millisecond response.

Correction in msNo moving partsPer-phase correction

Online (Double-Conversion) UPS — 1 & 3 Phase

True double-conversion UPS that isolates the load from mains entirely, for servers, PLCs, instrumentation and process control.

Offline / Line-Interactive UPS

Line-interactive UPS with AVR for lighter IT and office loads where a few milliseconds of transfer time is acceptable.

Line-interactive AVRUp to 10 kVA< 10 ms transfer

Battery Banks, Racks & Isolation Transformers

SMF/VRLA and lithium battery banks sized to the required backup time, plus screened 1:1 isolation transformers that break earth loops ahead of sensitive electronics.

HT & LT Equipment — VCB, RMU & LT Distribution

11 kV vacuum circuit breaker panels, ring main units and LT distribution boards for the substation that houses the transformer.

IN-HOUSE CAPABILITY

How the work actually gets done.

  • Supply-quality survey — voltage band, sag/swell, harmonics and outage profile at your incomer
  • Transformer sizing to connected load with growth headroom, plus vector group and tap-range selection
  • Stabilizer selection against the actual input swing and load step — servo versus static
  • UPS sizing including load power factor, crest factor and battery autonomy
  • HT / LT panel design and fabrication for the transformer substation, in-house
  • Installation, oil filling and filtration, ratio and IR testing, and commissioning under load
  • AMC, battery replacement and load-bank testing for installed UPS and stabilizers

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you enquire.

Servo or static stabilizer — which do I need?

A servo stabilizer corrects a wide, slow voltage swing economically and suits a whole-plant supply. A static (thyristor) stabilizer corrects in milliseconds with no moving parts, which matters for step loads like CNC machines, imaging equipment and lifts. Tell us the input range and the load type and we will specify the right one.

Do I need an online UPS, or will a line-interactive unit do?

An online (double-conversion) UPS rebuilds the output waveform continuously, so the load never sees a mains disturbance or a transfer break — the right choice for servers, PLCs and process instrumentation. A line-interactive UPS is cheaper and fine for office IT that tolerates a few milliseconds of transfer. Either way we size the battery to the backup time you actually need.

Can you supply the transformer and the substation switchgear together?

Yes. We supply the 11 / 22 / 33 kV distribution transformer along with the HT VCB or RMU and the LT distribution board that feed and protect it, designed as one coordinated package and commissioned by the same team.

Do you install and test on site?

We handle positioning, oil filling and filtration, ratio and insulation-resistance testing, and commissioning under load, then hand over the test reports. AMC and load-bank testing are available for UPS and stabilizers afterwards.
