Temperature Controllers
PID and on-off process temperature controllers for ovens, extruders, dryers and thermal process lines.
Panel meters, current transformers, temperature controllers, process instruments and field test gear — the layer that tells you what the plant is actually doing.
Metering is only as accurate as the weakest link in the chain. We match CT ratio, accuracy class and burden to the meter and the lead length, so the reading on the panel reflects the current in the cable.
The same line card covers process control instruments — temperature controllers, indicators, timers and counters — and the field test instruments our engineers carry for commissioning and fault-finding.
PID and on-off process temperature controllers for ovens, extruders, dryers and thermal process lines.
Panel-mount timers and counters for sequencing, batching, cycle control and run-hour totalising.
Digital indicators and multifunction power meters showing voltage, current, PF, kW and energy on one display.
Circular moulded, resin-cast and split-core current transformers for metering and protection circuits.
Panel-mount ammeters, voltmeters and frequency meters for switchboards, with selector switches where a single meter serves three phases.
Energy meters for utility check metering, tenant sub-metering and departmental energy accounting.
Field instrumentation for pressure, flow, level and temperature measurement across process plant.
Multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, thermal cameras and tachometers for commissioning and diagnostics.
Transducers converting V, A, kW and PF to a 4–20 mA signal, with isolators to break earth loops before the PLC input.

Start from the feeder's full-load current and pick the next standard ratio up, then check the burden — the CT's rated VA must cover the connected meter plus the resistance of the run of wire to it. A long lead run on an undersized burden is the most common cause of a metering error we are called out to.
Traceable calibration certificates can be supplied on request for meters, CTs and test instruments. Tell us at the order stage, since certification is arranged with the manufacturer.
Yes. Most multifunction meters we supply carry Modbus RTU or TCP, and we wire and address the loop as part of commissioning.
