OVERVIEW

Every panel starts with your single-line diagram and load list. Our engineers size the busbars, breakers and protection, produce GA and wiring drawings for your approval, and only then does metal get cut.

Fabrication, powder coating, busbar work, wiring and testing all happen in our own facilities in Varanasi and Lucknow. That keeps lead times predictable and puts one team on the hook from survey to commissioning.

THE LINE-UP

What we design, build and supply.

PCC — Power Control Centre

Main incomer and outgoing feeder distribution for LT power, with ACB/MCCB feeders, metering and protection.

Busbar up to 6300 A50 kA / 1 s withstandForm 4b

MCC — Motor Control Centre

DOL, star-delta, soft-start and VFD feeders for motor loads, in fixed or draw-out construction.

Fixed / draw-outUp to 4000 AForm 3b / 4b

APFC / APFCR Panels

Automatic power-factor correction with detuned reactors, keeping PF close to unity and cutting utility penalties.

25–1000 kVAr7% / 14% detunedMicro-controller relay

PLC & Automation Panels

PLC/HMI panels for process logic, interlocks and SCADA connectivity, wired to your I/O schedule.

Schneider / Siemens / MitsubishiRemote I/OEthernet / Modbus

LT Distribution Boards (MLDB / SDB)

Main and sub distribution boards for lighting, power and utility circuits.

MCB / MCCBIP42–IP55Cable or busbar entry

AMF Panels

Auto Mains Failure panels that start, load and stop a DG set on mains failure without an operator.

DeepSea / CAT controllerAuto changeoverConfigurable timers

Synchronisation & Load-Sharing Panels

Multi-DG synchronising panels with load sharing, load management and mains paralleling where permitted.

2–8 setskW / kVAr sharingLoad-dependent start/stop

VFD / Drive Panels

Packaged variable-frequency-drive panels with line reactors, bypass and cooling for pumps, fans and conveyors.

Up to 400 kWLine / load reactorsForced ventilation

Metering & Relay Panels

Utility and check metering panels and numerical protection relay panels for incomers and transformers.

ABT / net meteringNumerical relaysCT / PT circuits

Feeder Pillars

Outdoor weatherproof distribution pillars for street lighting and site power.

IN-HOUSE CAPABILITY

How the work actually gets done.

  • In-house CRCA sheet-metal fabrication (14–16 SWG)
  • Seven-tank pre-treatment and powder-coat line
  • CNC busbar bending, punching and silver-plated joints
  • Panel wiring to approved drawings with ferrule and lug discipline
  • Routine testing — insulation resistance, high-voltage, functional and operational checks
  • Dispatch, site installation, cable termination and commissioning

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you enquire.

Are the panels type-tested?

Our designs follow IS/IEC 61439 and use type-tested components with verified busbar configurations. Full type-test certification for a specific rating can be arranged on request — share the project specification and we will confirm.

What is the typical lead time?

A standard PCC or MCC runs four to six weeks from drawing approval, depending on bought-out item availability. We confirm a dated schedule at the order stage.

Do you work to consultant drawings?

Yes. We build to your consultant's SLD and specification, raise GA and wiring drawings for approval, and hold a FAT before dispatch.
