OVERVIEW

The component layer is where panel quality is won or lost. Finger-safe terminals, a properly rated control supply and clearly ferruled interface relays cost little at build time and save hours at every future breakdown.

We stock and supply these lines loose against a bill of materials, and use the same components in the panels we build — so a spare pulled from our shelf matches what is already in your enclosure.

THE LINE-UP

What we design, build and supply.

Sensors

Inductive, capacitive and photoelectric sensors for detection, positioning and counting on automated lines.

10–30 V DCPNP / NPN, NO / NCIP67 field housings

Power Supplies

Regulated DIN-rail DC supplies for control circuits, with redundancy and buffer modules where a dropout is unacceptable.

Relay Cards & Connectors

Interface relay cards and pre-wired connector systems that keep PLC I/O serviceable and clearly identified.

Terminal Blocks & Panel Accessories

Screw, spring-clamp and feed-through terminals, plus markers, end stops and partition plates for an orderly termination rail.

Busbar Support & MCB Channels

Insulated busbar supports and MCB mounting channels for distribution assemblies inside panels and boards.

Push-buttons, Lamps & Selector Switches

Operator interface hardware — actuators, LED indicator lamps, selector switches and emergency stops for the panel front.

Wiring Accessories & Cable Management

Slotted ducting, ferrules, lugs, glands and earthing hardware — the consumables that make a wiring loom readable.

IN-HOUSE CAPABILITY

How the work actually gets done.

  • Bill-of-materials review and component selection against the wiring schedule
  • Standardisation of components across a customer's panel fleet for spares commonality
  • Control-supply sizing including inrush, redundancy and buffering
  • Terminal rail layout, numbering and ferrule discipline on our own builds
  • Stocked fast-moving lines for breakdown replacement

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you enquire.

Do you sell components loose, or only inside your panels?

Both. We supply against a bill of materials for your own build, and use the same lines in the panels we fabricate — which means a spare from our shelf matches what is already installed.

What control supply do you specify?

A regulated 24 V DC SELV supply on the DIN rail for most panels, sized for the steady load plus sensor and relay inrush. Where a dropout would stop production we add a redundancy or buffer module.

Can you match an obsolete relay or terminal?

Usually. Send a photograph of the part and the panel drawing and we will cross-reference a current equivalent, or advise where the footprint has changed and a small rework is needed.
